In this podcast, JT explains the role of the Watchtower Service Department in a conversation with Daniel. The Service Department is one of the most important departments at Bethel. It is instrumental in handling all of the policies and handling issues that come up in the congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses around the world.
Many times this department is entrusted with making decisions that are considered “one off” where it may only affect the congregation that has a specific issue. Thus, nothing is written up in any publication for the rest of the congregations. The information given is considered for the eyes of the congregation they are assisting.
In a subsequent video, JT will provide a number of examples outlining some of the issues that has come up in the past and how it was handled by this department.

Hello. Thank you so much for you’re work. Do you have any writen proof that NY service department sends instructions to the canadian branch? They denied it in court. I am sure we can find at least one lettre send to the canadian branch.
