In this video, JT & Daniel have a circular conversation about how to prepare for a Jehovah’s Witness visit. What talking points can you prepare in advance of them coming to your door? Is there something that you can say to a Jehovah’s Witness to make them think outside of the box?
Jehovah’s Witnesses are trained to come to your door and speak from a script. They rarely deviate from what they are told. They do not read literature from other denominations and if you offer them something to read from your church, oftentimes, they will refuse to accept it. Although some have taken church literature out of respect for the householder and then simply toss it in the trash after they leave your door.
In this interview, Lady Cee interviews Helen, a long time Jehovah’s Witness that woke up to the truth about the truth after serving many faithful years. Her husband of 54 years, decided decades ago that he did not want to continue being one of Jehovah’s Witnesses because he never believed the religion to begin with. Yet their love survived the test of time and was a much stronger bond than simply going out in field service and attending mundane meetings.
Helen shares her experience on how she met her husband and why she eventually joined her husband in a quest to live her life now and not for some future date.
She offers a lot of words of wisdom that can help many people learn how to survive after leaving the Watchtower, Bible & Tract Society.
